MP Abdelmonem Emam, President of the ElAdl Party and Member of the House of Representatives, is participating in the 8th Global Conference of Young Parliamentarians, currently being held in Sharm El-Sheikh.

The conference sees broad participation from parliamentary delegations representing over 60 countries, in addition to delegations from international observer organizations. It is organized in cooperation between the Egyptian House of Representatives and the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU), under the auspices of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi.

Held over two days, the conference includes four interactive sessions between young parliamentarians, representatives of civil society organizations, and experts. The discussions focus on several pressing issues, most notably climate change from a youth parliamentary perspective, the impact of climate change on human rights, parliamentary efforts to combat climate change, and the importance of partnerships between civil society and parliamentarians in addressing this global challenge.
