حزب العدل يرد: السيادة المصرية على قناة السويس ثابتة .. لا تتغير بالادعاءات

في ضوء “التصريحات الأخيرة” التي تناولت رسوم عبور قناة السويس، يود حزب العدل أن يوضح ما يلي:

– انطلاقاً من التزامه الراسخ بثوابت القانون الدولي ومبادئ السيادة الوطنية، يرى الحزب أن هذه التصريحات تفتقر إلى أي سند قانوني أو سياسي ذي أثر، ولا ترقى إلى مستوى النقاش الجاد حول إدارة أحد أهم الممرات المائية الاستراتيجية في العالم.

– ⁠إن قناة السويس، بموجب المعاهدات الدولية والقوانين الوطنية، تخضع لإدارة مصرية خالصة، وفق قواعد راسخة تكفل حرية الملاحة لجميع الدول مع الحفاظ الكامل على الحقوق السيادية في إدارة القناة وتحصيل رسوم العبور المستحقة.

وعليه، فإن الطروحات التي تم تداولها مؤخراً تُعد أقرب إلى الطرح الدُعابي منها إلى المواقف الرسمية الجادة، وتفتقر إلى المقومات القانونية والتنفيذية التي تبرر التعاطي معها بجدية.

ويؤكد حزب العدل، انطلاقاً من رؤيته المسؤولة، أن مصر تحترم التزاماتها الدولية، وفي الوقت ذاته تتمسك بحقوقها السيادية الكاملة، وترفض بصورة قاطعة أي مساس أو تجاوز لهذه الحقوق تحت أي ذريعة أو ظرف.

إن إدارة المرافق الدولية الكبرى، وفي مقدمتها قناة السويس، تقوم على مبادئ السيادة، الشفافية، والامتثال للنظام القانوني الدولي القائم على احترام الاتفاقيات والمعاهدات، وليس عبر اجتهادات استثنائية تفتقر إلى الجدية والأساس القانوني.

ويشدد حزب العدل على أن قناة السويس، في موقعها وأهميتها، لم تكن يوماً رهينة لأية حماية أجنبية، ولكنها نتاج إرادة الشعب المصري وإدارته الحرة، التي صانتها الأجيال المتعاقبة في إطار سيادة كاملة ومستقلة.

وختاماً، يدعو حزب العدل إلى أهمية تغليب روح التعاون الدولي المسؤول، واحترام سيادة الدول ومؤسساتها الوطنية، باعتبار ذلك الضمانة الحقيقية لحماية المصالح المشتركة وتعزيز الاستقرار الإقليمي والعالمي.

In light of recent remarks concerning the fees for transiting the Suez Canal, El Adl Party wishes to clarify the following:

– Rooted in its steadfast commitment to the principles of international law and national sovereignty, the party affirms that such statements lack any binding legal or political basis and do not rise to the level of serious discourse regarding the governance of one of the world’s most strategic waterways.

– ⁠The Suez Canal, under international treaties and Egyptian national law, is administered solely by Egypt according to firmly established regulations that guarantee freedom of navigation while fully safeguarding the state’s sovereign rights to manage the canal and levy transit fees accordingly.

Consequently, the recent propositions being circulated are better characterized as rhetorical or humorous in nature, rather than serious positions deserving substantive engagement.

El Adl Party further emphasizes, consistent with its responsible outlook, that Egypt fully honors its international commitments while resolutely upholding its sovereign rights, rejecting any infringement or circumvention of those rights under any pretext or circumstance.

The management of major international infrastructure, foremost among them the Suez Canal, is governed by the principles of sovereignty, transparency, and adherence to the international legal framework based on respect for treaties and agreements—not through extraordinary assertions devoid of legal merit or procedural seriousness.

El Adl Party stresses that the Suez Canal, in its strategic location and historic significance, has never been subject to any foreign protection, but is rather the product of the Egyptian people’s will and sovereign administration, preserved across generations within a framework of full and independent sovereignty.

In conclusion, El Adl Party calls for reinforcing responsible international cooperation and upholding the sovereignty of nations and their institutions, as these are the true guarantees for safeguarding shared interests and promoting regional and global stability.
